Review week

Today was the review day and we had to display all the mind maps the iteration .

Week 13

This class commenced after a month long ba break , it felt good to be back but it also bought a lot of pressure as we only have a week left for final submissions keeping this in mind we started brainstorming ideas regarding our installation and short video , once we were done we quickly confronted sir about our idea and once he gave us the green signal we swiftly started working . We divided our team into groups of 2 , 2 people were working on making the video whereas 3 people were working on the model which was a typewriter.

Week 12

This class began with everyone sitting in their groups . We were discussing about the mind maps of some of the movies that we watched , we discussed about some important points . After our team discussion we had a discussion with sir to know whether we are on the right tract . He told us that now we need to focus on making a 7 min short video and installation depicting our era .

week 11

In this class we had a group discussion with sir and were told to complete watching all of our movies and then make individual mind maps on each movie on a newsprint paper. We also have to come up with a presentation idea for this project in which we will display picture depicting the era (1981-95).

week 10

For this class our group came prepared with the 3 to 4 movies that we had to watch . We watched Annie gives it those ones , balak Palak ,jaane bhi do yaaro . All of these movies were comical and interesting to watch , I personally liked the movie jaane bhi do yaaro the most it acted as a stressbuster for me it didn’t felt that I was watching a movie for my college project but it felt as if i was just chilling with friends . In the class we watched another movie Mirch Masala , this was a bit serious as compared to the previous movies it showcased the time when woman were objectified by the society especially those in power.

Week 9

We were shown a marathi movie Harishchandrachi Factory and with this we were introduced to our 2nd project in which we have to watch seven movies based on the era that our group got. My group got the era 1981-95 and we got really interesting movies like jaane bhi do yaaron, balak palak, massey sahib, mirch masala etc we had to watch these films in a group and create mind maps for the movies.

Week 8

In this class we had our review and we had to present our video along with the table top presentation of our photos that we clicked

Week 7

In this class I showed my time video based on the photos that I clicked depicting time through a life of baloon . I inserted some videos from pexels.com and to make my video interesting I had a voice over of a poem

Week 6

In this class I didn’t attend the whole class as I had to work on my design the globe model but I heard from my colleagues that we had to show our video which consisted the selected photos .

week 5

In this class we visited kalaghoda arts fest and looked through various art installations and stalls . It was decorated it vibrant colours and I could hardly recognise the place . Some of the installations were interactive as in one of the installation we could rotate it .
